Well imo you need to figure out who to prioritize. I personally would prioritize GNW Kankuro as his mystery provides burn and poison to the entire team. If you want to do that then I wouldn't put the puppet up front as it's too squishy to handle that.

From what I've heard you should have a DPS team in ranked, an "annoyance/interrupt" team, and a "tank" team. But I myself haven't fully mastered ranked yet and I've been able to do fine with two DPS teams and a tank/support team.
