Here's a few tips, make each team to have a ninja that can
1 - heal, debuff (poison/tag/ignite) or summon clone
2 - can revive or can revive by them self
3 - barrier (prompt/non prompt)
4 - aoe attack or multiple hit with normal attack
5 - special ability to team or mystery that can be cast to other team (Guy-hp leech, Kurenai-shield)

Here one example
team 1 ( manual barrier, heals, poison+ignite, aoe, summon clone)
