Are the prizes rigged like in Team Instance? Or is it really random this time?

In case you didnt know, your Team Instance reward is selected right after you beat the Instance, as can be seen when getting a tool of higher quality before you even select the card. So are things like coupons and seal scrolls rigged like that? Anybody have any evidence for/against?
