    If we assume Injury works similar, then to see any kind of increase you'd need at least around 800-1000 of it, and against someone who has little to none. Enemy's injury counter-acts yours after all.
This is correct.

It's harder to explain Injury considering it's a two-sided coherent rune. It's mostly noticeable against crit damage.
While it does amplify the crit damage amount, it's slightly noticeable. Again it's mostly a defensive rune against crit damage itself.

So had***@yahoo.com stated, it works similarly in the notion that you have to increase it by quite a lot to notice any major changes. Not to mention, your opponents Injury statical as well.
