Konoha's martyr title is changing/resetting in every single 9tails event, you just didnt do enough damage to be the first or didnt participate at all. :)

You only keep that title if you ranked 4th to 15th in the last active 9tails event. If you ranked higher or lower in the previous event, or did not participate at all; you lose the title.

And if you log on after a Nine Tails event has ended, of course you won't get the title/keep the title. :D

If there was another nine tails event that happened, that you just didn't participate in or do enough damage. Then you would lose your title.
