It's actually quite worth if you've already obtained a 5* Iruka.

But yes, the value of Kyuubi Naruto fragments are quite high and it's the sole reason why "Advance Refining" is priced the way it is.
If you personally don't mind the Kyuubi Fragments, you can gamble upon obtaining Summon/Seals from Medium as it's prize (Assuming you got Iruka 5*), if not and you care about Kyuubi, then the asking price is really good. (It's leftover fragments after all), not to mention you're getting Seal/Summon seals as well.

It frankly comes down to the perspective of how you value that singular Kyuubi fragment and the game values it high.And that's not gonna change.

But I do appreciate your suggestion. But it's something that we wouldn't move forward with.
