I wanted to start fresh on a server, possibly one of the ones about to open, but this card hasn't worked for any accounts prior. Reply

oasis games is located i think in Europe from my understanding, so you might have a block on overseas or online purchases on your card by discover. Also card companies will sometimes put a block on the card if they see small purchases online everyday for a series of days at the same time since its can be an indicator of card theft.
