So far as I can tell, some of these refuse to let me claim them, even though I have done survival every day of the event, completely finished and haven't lost any of my characters at any point.

Am I misunderstanding something? I mean, I know that the English is not great to begin with, but what am I missing here? It's been days and some of these have never been claimable it seems.
