What makes you think that your connection is okay ? Just because you can read manga ? Games and pictures are 2 different things.

Yes I am sure my internet is okay.. because i play LoL and never got lagged or dced... but if you still say that this is still different then idk what to say anymore :)

Bug Description : the game keep saying that i am offline and want me to logged in again and again this happen when i got into a fight in arena or everywhere else and after 10-15 minutes i am playing the game

Hello,

I got response from our team. This "offline" problem is problem on your end, to be more specific it is your network. I have been told that you should clear your cache and try to use a VPN because you are playing on US East server but your location is GMT +7.

I also have the same issue as Ndree, as do quite a few others on the same server. I constantly see people complaining about it during group instance. It happens to me randomly and I know my connection is rock solid as well.
