Depends is there any ninja you need from kage?

Don't know if its really going to be months away. I've got this nagging feeling its going to come out in July or close and around then.

As for your current team, do you have a viable team to play that's doing well? i.e. Some kind of Mei team, or some kind of Danzo team, or some kind of Darui team. If you do and feel comfortable, you can wait for Jinchuriki. If you don't and still want a certain ninja from Rage, then go ahead and continue drawing from it. This is just my personal opinion.

I am currently running a common LM team with Sasuke Kimimaro and Kabuto. Seeing that Barrier-type ninjas are useful in events I was trying to consider getting a few of them at the Kage Treasure. Then again those ninjas in the Jinchuuriki Treasure are really good considering their meta-changing abilities. That's why I'm still holding these scrolls.

Personally, if I were you, I would carry on drawing from Kage to get myself a barrier ninja for now. Looking at your current team, I'm guessing you might be struggling a little (Just a guess, I may be completely wrong).

How I think about it is this way, do I want to be a collector and have fun squads I can make up with, or do I want to compete. Having 1 strong (not OP, but strong) ninja from Jinchuriki won't do me anything if I don't have enough power to compete.

Stil personal preference for you to decide!

I can barely keep up with the players in my server simply because I am trying not to miss events everyday. Maybe drawing from Kage will help me a lot in the long run. At least that is what I think for now

Yeah, then I think go for the Kage Treasure first to at least get 1 or 2 rare(s). Once you have a good team, you can focus all coupons and event points for power items just to keep up in the server population. Hope you get either Mei or Darui! They are dope!

Your better be one of the top guys for power, or I'd assume that you're struggling hard in things like Matsuri. lmao.
Which rares do you have from Kage treasures? If you don't even have 1, then I'd suggest going for one. . . . most preferably at a rebate. . .but eh.

Didn't Germany get Jinchuriki Part 1 in like 2 months? meh. I mean, you can save for Jinchuriki if you really want to. I'm doing the same right now, except I'm going for Roshi at 200-280 seals. I mean, when Jinchuriki come, it'll be Part 1 Treasures which includes: Yagura, Roshi, Yugito ? Those three, yes? Then we still have to wait for Part 2 for then Han, Fu, and Utakata.

Just pulled and got Onoki as my first rare. I used a total of 105 + 11 from the scroll rebate. maybe 1-2 free draws away from my 120th pull.

Currently sitting constantly at the top 15 of the Power Rankings so still in a pinch
