No, life recovery is a self heal for the character who have it at the end of round, it doesn't matter if you have a healer or not, it always happens (thou I think is prevented by ignition)
The thing that boosts heal of a healer is usually ninjutsu (as the talent/"attack" is usually a nin based talent)

So lets say I put Life Recovery on my Gaara, yes?
If my Azure Fang heals him, he would regain the same amount of health if he didn't have the Life Recovery rune on too? So for that situation, it'd make no difference?
So the only difference is the end-of-the-round recovery? .. . .
Does it affect self-heal from Jinchurikis like Bee and Roshi? -
