Perhaps, but since the battles in Survival Trial repeat themselves, you have to redo battles and there were 2 particular battles (can't remember which ones, but I believe Cursed Hidan was an enemy for both) where the opponents' debuffs effected me and all the other times they didn't. Like I said, it's only happened twice during all the times I've done Survival Trial.
And I'm a Midnight Blade with Asuma in my team as my sword-bearing ninjas during Survival Trial. On occasion I'll use Kimimaro, GNW Sai and/or Suigetsu.
These bugs aren't game-breaking, or even particularly all that serious... I just wanted to inform of their existence. :)
If its the Cursed Hidan stage, then you probably ran into Han. He clears all buffs and shield in turn 1. -

No, it's not the one with Han.
It's only ever happened twice all my times challenging Survival Trials, and it was when Ultimate Training was brand new. So it may not happen anymore.
Are you sure? There's only a handful of Survival Training checkpoints with Cursed Hidan, and it has so little variations in terms of team: I only remember one with Han where Hidan is in 1st position, one where he alone, one with Chikushodo and one with a barrier ninja in it - Danzo I think. But if its not Han then I can't help you.
But i really doubt that it was a bug. Probably a mod ninja. -
