For the sword wielding ninja, do you have 4 sword ninjas in your team? If there's 4, one of them will not get the ROW status, and as to which of the 4 that won't get it, its completely random. Or if the opponent have a mystery that can remove buffs, the ROW can be removed as well.

Not sure what the Kabuto one you're asking about. Didn't understand the glitch you're referring to.

For GNW Sai, his standard says he will summon 1-2 lions. It's not fixed based on having slots on the field. Even if there's 5 empty spaces, he can still summon just 1.
