Yes, but he did it multiple times before using his Mystery. It was like he was having a spasm! XD

No, I usually only have 2-3 Sword-Bearing ninja. And it happens sometimes even from a ninja with a Mystery that doesn't negate Root of Warrior's effect.

Kabuto will sometimes keep doing his action before doing his Mystery like 5-6 times. He's even done his healing standard 2-3 times in a row once before. It only counted as just once, but he did the action 2-3 times.

As for GNW Sai, I must've misread his talents since I don't really use him. I've just always seen him summon 2 when facing him in arena, so I assumed he automatically summoned 2. That's a mistake on my part. Sorry. ^^'

Perhaps, but since the battles in Survival Trial repeat themselves, you have to redo battles and there were 2 particular battles (can't remember which ones, but I believe Cursed Hidan was an enemy for both) where the opponents' debuffs effected me and all the other times they didn't. Like I said, it's only happened twice during all the times I've done Survival Trial.

And I'm a Midnight Blade with Asuma in my team as my sword-bearing ninjas during Survival Trial. On occasion I'll use Kimimaro, GNW Sai and/or Suigetsu.

These bugs aren't game-breaking, or even particularly all that serious... I just wanted to inform of their existence. :)

That's what I figured as well could be the reason, but when I faced the same Survival Trial battle later when the ninjas had much higher power, their debuffs didn't effect me then. It's only happened twice, so it's not that big a deal, just wanted to inform of them.

No, it's not the one with Han.

It's only ever happened twice all my times challenging Survival Trials, and it was when Ultimate Training was brand new. So it may not happen anymore.
