yes, click the naruto icon in the top left then move ur mouse to ur username, click 'user center' and u will see bind account in it:)

Correct!

Click your forum profile > "Change Account", which will lead you to the User Center and from there you'll be able to bind your account.

I think his question was meant to be how to unbound the account. From FB to only Oasis account.

yes, login to a server on kongregate and click the ? icon to go to another tab,
click at the top right and click bind acc
