lol, If there isnt enough people to plunder on your server, then shouldn't the players just start doing * themselves? I dont see the point of reducting the number of plunderers, its something what they could realize on their own. On our server you can even see top 10 ppl doing *, even thought there is plenty of people to plunder. Its not like you musst plunder if you are in top 50 in ranked.
