My enemy yesterday wasn't online, so i can confirm that you actually have to wait 10 minutes for the 1st battle and then another 10 minutes for the 2nd battle. When the 2:0 is achieved you don't go to the 3rd battle, but still is horrible that you have to wait for a whole 20 minutes in a very horrible time span when your enemy isn't even online (OVERALL FOR UK SERVERS for the simple fact that their population is composed by 90% of players that don't live in UK but in the other regions of Europe and so they aren't GMT +0 but GMT +1, something Oasis have some issues in understanding seems).I would suggest to add some triggering conditions for the CD, something like: if the enemy wasn't online last two days it's autowin instant, if was online during the day but not in the last 10 hours the cd is cut to 5 minutes, if was on within the last 10 hours it stays 10 min.
