1＃ Go ToHello! A thread similar to this already exists but it's closed that's why I decided to create a new one. :)
Anyway, I'm 曙Dawn from S26: Kisame and I just thought it'll be nice if we'll all comment about the leaders in our groups. XD So comment away! I'll be reading ALL of your opinions! We should show our dear group leader the appreciation (or hate in case you don't like him/her) that he/she probably deserves. Hahahaha.

Comments: I am already friends with Shin-bosu before I joined TU. I really think he is awesome and he taught me a lot of things. ^^ I am so glad to be close to him. XD That's why when he told me to join TU, I did. XD After not giving him an answer many times though. Lol. Let's just say I'm indecisive. XD And now that I'm a member of his group, my admiration and respect for him skyrocketed. He's doing a great job in managing it! He gets along with everyone and he doesn't let the new members feel like outsiders. He makes sure everyone feels at ease and at home in the group. ^^ I am so glad I took up his offer to join TU. :)

I've had a complicated history of leaders myself, but your story sounds like a good experience. Just enjoy it while you can because in my experience its only a matter of time before people get shuffled around because they quit or w/e.
Ohh I see. Thank you so much for your advice. :) And I do hope you'll find a good leader that'll make you want to follow him/her voluntarily. XD If not, then be that leader yourself. :) -

Well I lead my own group but most of my group members say they like my leadership because I lead ba
sed a lot on their decisions. Of course there are somethings I do that I don't want to tell them or keep secret because I don't want information getting to other groups. For the most part I think I'm a decent leader :)
Oh wow. I agree that you're indeed a good leader! I think it's important that you listen to your subjects well and think of their over-all well being. XD Not telling them everything is a nice strategy too. You can never be too careful right?

Comments: I first joined his group when he just made it, so I was the second person there. Since we were both starting members, we made each other our rivals (xD im way better now). He's very nice, and listens to the whole group. Used to be very active, but haven't seen him a while in this week. He leads the group in a better direction and manages to persuade everyone to contribute to group events, also promoted me to senior a week back.
Wow! We almost had the same situation (i.e, both friends with the leader). XD
Anyway, your story's really nice and I can really sense the deep bond between the two of you. :) And I'm glad that he's a really great leader. ^^ Just continue supporting him ok?

Oh man I'm so sorry to hear that. :( Before I joined [TheUchiha], I was a member of another group where I felt so left out! It's not about the language barriers per se (although it's a minor factor) but the fact that they tell the members next to nothing is what frustrates me the most! I mean groups exist because they're your "home" in that game. For me, a group needs to have a strong bond between all members (if not, most) while working together to grow stronger.
Again, I'm very sorry to hear that. I wish you and your group will get through this crisis. But if the need to transfer is strong, then you should try to find a group where you'll find the spirit of camaraderie that I speak of. Who knows, maybe the next group is the group you've been looking for. ^^

Ahhh dam, Leader left for too long and now was replaced.
New Leader: Joxy
Used to be my fellow senior, we know each other quite well, and are really good friends. Him and I make for an unkilliable strong approaching unit. Still engages everyone, if not even more than the last leader... Actually mangaed to get our group into The Great Ninja War this time.
Ohh wow! I appreciate the fact that you updated your post when your leader changed. XD

Comments: before Fang (thats how i call him) became the leader, Mari who is the previous leader invite me to the group. because of several reasons, mari quit the game and gave the leadership to Fang. Fang is a cool person in my opinion. He is helping me and other members in the group a lot. He just a great leader :loveliness:

I can't even spell our group name, but y'all get my point.
The leader is great and is always helping in Team Instance's and trying to get everyone to be active and participating in events. Dunno if they're a he or a she, but I really appreciate that they're doing their best with what little members we have.
Ohh wow! Your group has a really unique name! Thank you for taking a pic of it though. :)
I see. He/She is indeed great! It's a great feeling to follow someone you know you can put all of your trust into. ^^

Leader: Angelique(formerly named Izuki)
She's really nice and gets along with the few members who still logs-in(we still get into the GNW though). I guess because of her caring and helpful personality, I've took the opportunity to call her mom(or kaa-chan). Actually, now that I think about, I refer to anyone in our group as either niisan or neesan(or imotou if she's younger than me). She helps if during TIs, Wanted, SA you name it! She gives up helpful advice for lineups or what you should get during events. Also, she stronger than any of our jonin medal users, yet thwy're close in level and she's an F2P,
That's really cute! Your group is really like a "home" and a "family"! I'm so happy such a group exists in this game. :) I know that all of you will grow closer and stronger together. ^^

I hope our group has member like u guys. I also leader now our group become like beginner so sad don't has member like u guys l also try my best to help our member to become strong.When our member become strong he/she leave our group to join strong group in our server.I feel very sad and mad.I think he/she use our group for him/her to join strong.
I'm really sorry to hear that. :( I know that you're trying your best to be a really great leader of your group and I commend you for that. And I know how frustrating and disappointing it is for someone to leave your group just to go to "greener pastures" after everything you've been through together. Unfortunately, I don't know how can I help you. :(
BUT I can hope and pray for you and your group's well being. I know it's not much but I hope in a small way, it might help. :)

Leader: Lelouch (Now Dork)
When Lelouch was our leader, the group was filled with a feeling of friendship (this was in the early months of my server), although we didn't always win GNW we were usually fine with it. Due to many reasons Lelouch gave leadership to Dork, not much changed, but over time our group started to die (As it is now), the only other real group on the server is gathering more players while we are not (Our leader doesn't realize that we were losing power with every member that leaves, we will die out soon, as will our server. Unless we are merged REALLY SOON the entire server will die.

That sounds very alarming! :O It must be so distressing to you to see the slow downfall of your group. :( Have you or any other members raised this concern to your leader? Maybe he/she'll listen and do something if you inform him/her.
And I hope that your server will merge with another server soon. :(

The guy is pretty suspect when it comes to GNW, I haven't received a pack in like a month and he gives me these lame excuses like "oh you didn't show up to a single battle so your name doesn't even appear in the list for me to give a pack to". PLS, what kind of lame excuse is that? You have to participate to get rewards? Get outta here.
Then this man ends up in a call with my favorite youtuber and didn't bother to add me into the call even after I promised I'd fan-*ly a little bit. How messed up is that?
His most heinous crime is not supporting me when I tell everyone I want to main Yasuo.
Ohh I see. I can feel your dislike to your leader. I do hope that you and your leader talk it out in order to find a mutual ground. But if your dislike is getting out of hand, maybe it's time to transfer to another group. But if it's still manageable, stay. :) -

Our leader (Mara previously known as DalisayDiaz) is the most beautiful of them all XD ahahah XD he is really nice and takes care of us, he is strict but laid back (i am getting confusing here) and overall funny and kinda sarcastic, we all love master d XD

So I'm the leader technically of my group, but I'm more of the heart, Neon is the brains and my most invested member. I'm the second strongest person on my server (out shadowed by a huge spender who is the leader of our rival group, cool guy btw) so I'm like a target, a goal to reach (only 5k-10k more power than most members, but yeah) and I'm very active in the chat. I'd imagine the members of my group would say I'm a fun leader, but I don't really do anything besides be there and socialise and help with TI, GI, SA, wanted missions, seal ninja etc. Neon is the strategist who helps make f2p teams for our members and whatnot so I treat him like my co-leader, not senior, and god is he helpful keeping things flowing while I'm busy working or sleeping, anyway, yeah, lovely leader, pretty cool co-leader, and awesome members and what not.

Comments: I joined the group a few months ago, the leadership changes often due to a system where we can challenge for leadership. While this has eased most issues it's caused enough tension to have the group divide into internal factions, unfortunately most of our members refuse to even help members of other groups out of spite...
I see. So the rivalry and competition is really strong. I just hope that one day, all of you finally decide on which leader you really want to follow (or be that leader himself!) and then, everyone will calm down. From there, I pray that the group will have a really strong bond. ^^ -

xD just because anarchy is best monarchy. But even in our hell Me and you are the group picks to lead.
As one who has been in 5 of the servers top 10 groups, I can fairly say the leaders are fine it's just their level of involvement in day to day affairs that leads to much of the strife over where to be etc.
As Crimson Roses founder I opted for the view of screw the leaderboards lets just have fun and screw around when we can, thankfully this happened to be on a srv where 30~ likeminded people had the same idea and happily marched to the beat. Sure we're the leading cause of chat profanity but it keeps the nuts happy with where they are and I wouldn't change that for the world.
