Well I'm senior before.... And my leader always teaching and guiding me.... And on that day my leader didn't get online for about 3 months so me and the other members decide to join in other it's so hard in me but it should ...... And we already transfer in other group and the leader make me an elite .... And the day comes again our leader message us that he is now getting tired of this game.... Feels like wasting time... Then once I get online I didn't expected that he pass the leadership in me ..... For me to be a leader is so hard ... I think I'm not a leader type cause I still need a guidance... Then one day... The leader of other group is so kind he teaches me and guides me... For me he is a really good leader Haraken..... ^^ one day me and my members will gonna transfer in his group.... I want a guidance from him ^^ JUST ENJOY THIS GAME HAVE FUN ^^

I hope our group has member like u guys. I also leader now our group become like beginner so sad don't has member like u guys l also try my best to help our member to become strong.When our member become strong he/she leave our group to join strong group in our server.I feel very sad and mad.I think he/she use our group for him/her to join strong.
Maybe your group activity rate is low that's why they leave.... What do you think ?
