this works only if your kisame have higher initiative than enemy mabui for round 1 (and only if the clone doesn't die, otherwise the clone will give him the 20 chakra you stole with kisame and he will get the 60 chakra needed for tenten's mystery), for round 2 could be it doesn't work the same because, if the AF clone dies on that round instead of round 1 the enemy gains regardless the 60 chakra for mei (since with kisame you just steal the first 40 chakra, but mabui will give again 40 chakra when she uses her standard attack, so 40 + 20 from the clone = 60.
