Tier 1 - (Pick whatever doesn't matter I'd go with Regenerative Healing though 25% is pretty good)

Tier 2 - Healing Jutsu/Water Style Flowing Whip

Tier 4 - Neurotoxin/Healing Tips (Depending on T2 Talents)

Tier 5 - Water Clone Jutsu

Really depending what role you feel you need the most if you need a healer go for a healer route, if you want more CC go for that too.
