Seeing how the reanimated treasure unlocks at 60 while kage at 70 , is the treasure supposed to have worse ninjas compared to kage or is it not the case?

Actually - they are worse. Only Rasa, Kinaku and Ginkaku is good (kin\gin only for lightning, Rasa - mostly for wind, and in ranking to otheres). Otheres is almost useless.

and what are the chances of itachi uchiha? 30 frags after 60 pulls doesn't really seem like the case so just 1 frag even after a few 10x pulls?

I don't know anything about these ninjas...

Can you suggest me, if I should keep on drawing Kage, or should I switch to this one instead?

EDIT: (I am still new in this game and only got Chojuro from Kage yet.)

i'm not actually quite sure either,however from what i heard they're not actually worth it i'm gonna keep saving my seal scrolls for now until i see what their skills are in this version and if they * i might as well save up for jinchuriki treasure

You don't pull Susano'o Itachi. You slowly get his frags, the same method as Kage treasures.

wait really!? Here I was thinking I'd just get lucky pulls for his frags here and there. Well if I can't pull him, don't need sasuke or Ay or really danzo, then I guess I'm either saving for jinchuriki or spending on tendo to get the last two pains I'm missing (excluding the 4 frags of tendo I need...... OASIS.....).

Nope. There will be only kin\gin, gengetsu, rasa, kabuto sennin and muu.

They are in the 3rd raikage treasure. If they are going to release them early, you will have to get them from events.

I know that, i mean from Edo chars only those. But yeah, there are all gnw chars.
