for what i've seen you can be matched with people around your actual points.
Lets say you are, like me, 26 -4, you can be matched with whoever has got 21-23 points, doesn't matter if they are kage -10 or anbu +1.
btw yes, arena matching is rotten
That's about right.
The system tries to match people similar to rank and points.
Which can cause the system to take longer to matchmake.
My suggestion would be, every time it reaches 5 minutes, Refresh the counter.
It normally helps a lot. -
