Well, when it comes to Ranked, I'd recommend dedicating one team as a "tank" team to soak up damage and out-last your opponent if the max rounds are reached. I think I did Kabuto-Kidomaru-Kimimaro-Hinata as a tank team a while back, but since you're already using Hinata... I guess Jugo or Jirobo could work.
