why r people complaining about 3 seal scrolls? you can get tobirama frags for FREE, plus all of the other nice things on the wheel, 140 free things in a week is a pretty good deal to me, sure it could be better but as is its still pretty good and shouldn't be generating this much hate

the first time it was released it wasn't half as good as it is this time, and yet u guys r still hating on it with the improvements? if ur f2p be thankful they gave u more things rather than leaving it as a 3 day event where u get no tier rewards still and 80 less spin rewards
