This lineup is for an average level 50-60 with the most basic characters.
Ninjas required with Midnight Blade- Kakashi, Sasuke, Guy
Summon- Tonton / Chameleon
Lineup - Guy * *
Kakashi Sasuke Kakashi clone
Main * *
Talents- Lightning armor
Beam of Light or Lightning Assasination Sword
Lightning Sword
Enhancement of Lightning Style
Bloodthirsty Demon
So in round 1 you launch Lightning Armor
In round 2 you use Sasuke's barrier and Guy. The trick is to keep Sasuke's barrier for the rest of the game.
Round 3- You want to use Kakashi's mystery this round.
Round 4- The reason I used Lightning Armor in round 1 and not Sasuke's Kirin is because you can re-use it in Round 4

I wonder....
seeing as kakashi clone is going to die in round 1 when nine tail attacks, you'd get 20 chakra. If you were to put the game on auto after using lightning armor(as early as possible to avoid any potential lag issue), is it possible that the game Qs sasuke's ability in the split second between when kakshi clone is dead and when the round ends? This is impossible to do manually, of course, but if you can pull this off, this will mean you would have enough chakra to guy+kakashi on round 2, which will allow you to cast an extra kakashi on round 4.
Just something to think about...
On a side note, timing a Kirin drop on turn 4 is going to be SOOOO much fun. I've used a manual barrier team awhile and on 2x, you have to know exactly when to drop it so it happens after all your normal attacks but before end of round. -

Well when you drop Sasuke's Kirin, the animation wastes like few seconds, thats the main reason I never drop his barrier. Before I used to do Sasuke's barrier in first round, and drop in it last round. So yeah you can try different stuff. -

You can setup sasuke's barrier in the first round then put it on auto and lightning armor will be used in the first round when kakashi's clone dies. -
