What the, not only does the game look better, it has a replay function, a ton of ninjas, i can only assume a ton of better stuff that we don't have.

I still don't get why the game is so differente, and honestly, this game just looks like another game, a better.

I wish i could read the language, i'm fairly sure i would have swapped.

This is not the "Asian" version of the game. It's the original version of NO, owned by Tencent; our is the re-distributed version owned by OG. The parent version are 4 years ahead of us, and currently at the 4th revision. Thus, they have more contents and their gameplay is way different than our.

You can switch if you want to, though I'm not so sure if that's a good idea. The game disconnected/timeout a lot if you are outside of the region - or at least that's how it is the last time I played. Plus, recharging is almost impossible.

But still, give it a shot. Also, have your GG translate on.

Richorn, their version was launched 2-3 years ahead of ours. It's like comparing how the iPhone 7 seems more advance and prettier than the iPhone 5. So their content will always be more, so if you want sneak previews in the long run to our version, you can look at them. Oasis games claims it's not identical, but we know there's a lot of similarities even if they argue it otherwise.

And their version will most likely always be ahead. It's like you're 30 years old, your sister is 27 years old. She will always be 3 years behind until the day you go 8 feet under, only then will you catch up. The same for this game, until the CN version shuts down, then will be possibly catch up (though more likely than not, if they go down, we will most possibly go down too).

Oh, learn something new everyday.

But even if our is the re-distributed verison, how does it make sense tha twe should stay 4 years behind? They got the game, they can update it can they not?

Seems illogical that they can't update it faster when it's already out.

Would be like if Blizzard decided to give world of warcraft to Asia after several year's and then let them play in Vanilla while the rest of the world walked around in TBC or further.

OG wants to remain behind so you can spend in ninjas that will be useless later on.
If they put all the patches a lot of people will not buy all ninjas, but just few that are OP.

We have all asked this question at one point or another. ^^ But it's generally agreed that we couldn't have all update patches at once - it would bore us almost instantly. Take Ultimate training for example: tons of ppl have finished it already. Updates are meant to be released one by one, so that we could have a sense of progress. Although I agree that they coud push them a little faster.

Plus, it's not OG that decided to release the patches. It's Tencent. OG can't release anything if Tencent says otherwise.

You could try playing the NO version on Facebook (download Gameroom for easier access). Not sure whether it is Chinese or Taiwanese version of the game but it is quite advanced compared to ours. Their price for ingots is doubled compared to ours but if you are f2p then it shouldn't affect you much, no?

Releasing all the content at once would be overwhelming for the players. Players would get lost at the huge amount of functions and events that are suddenly available to them. Also, translating all these contents take time as well, which is why we are unable to release all the content at once.

1- They are not 4 years ahead of us, they are at best 1 year ahead and should remain like that or even see it reduced to 6 months, remember they only had 2.0 early 2016 (if i'm not mistaken) and we got it early 2017, yes they are much older but we already had a huge catch up. Although i do agree we will never catch up to them, again 6 months delay at least. Even the Taiwan version is around 3 months behind the CN version.

2- Facebook version is the Taiwan version. The one we actually seem to be following to a higher extent, but even they follow the CN version for most of it, so you know...

3- Unless they add the Boruto stuff to the game, they will run out of content soon, maybe 2 more years and its done, no source material no more game. they are already at the fight vs madara in the shippuden so its close to an end.

4- The Asia server we have are still in English, just placed at a better host spot for them, which makes sense, although its still the English version. Dont know why most people call us the North America version, when it is just the English version, no matter where we are in the world.
