Tips for mooding.
Add the ninja you want mooded into your team, but not in your lineup. This is to avoid equipping it with ninja tools, gear, magatamas etc.
Now you can see the ninja's basic stats under the character interface, and in most cases - you should mood the highest stat.

As this example, I would mood +Attack, and -Def

tips from someone who use Sasuke a lot in the past.

he is quite squishy, so most of the time we will put him at the back away from regular std atk. i boost his nin and maybe -life or -def.

also, Sasuke's crit may hurt a lot, so u may want to boost his crit and injury in 8gates and rune stones.

Depends on what you're going for, do you need him tankier or more damage? Where is he in you lineup, if he is at the back away from attacks you can put + nin.
