I payed $20 with a visa after i hit pay, a little scrren came up"high risk" dissapered and then an oasis payment conformation came up. Went to see if i got ingots, nothig was there so i waited 2 hours still nothing. Sent Customer Service a message they responded 2 hours later saying they have to get an admin or something. its been a day and no further communication.Oh and i tried to run the card again and it said payment failed. Really hope i didnt get scammed.Anyone got any advice?
