OK everyone, I am going to try to be as FAIR as possible with this reply. I have gone through your videos and there are a few of you who did not go through the minimum requirements, which are stated here by Achroma in the original post:

Rules : The video should contain both the "auto" part of space time as well as the "strongest ninja competition"

Now, I can not enter you into the poll as fairness to the the ones who followed all the requirements and made the effort to get into the competition.

However, as this event is already super late due to low participation, I will give you guys a chance to correct your videos to include all the valid parts of the rules into your videos. As this reply is right before a Season Finale, you have until the next season of Strongest Ninja in order to have the time to record everything necessary. As you all know, the current season is not done yet so you should be able to record the current one as well.

By the end of next season, whoever participates (newcomers included) and followed all the necessary rules of the competition will be added to the poll. On the other hand, if you do not decide to correct your videos, I will be forced to shorten the poll to only include those who followed the format.

I hope this was as fair as possible to all involved, and do not worry there will be no further delay this time I will be sure of it.

Unfortunately Arun it is not up to me, it's the rules of the original thread and I am to abide by them. It does not have to be of your own battle but can be of other people's battles. The reason I have allowed you guys the chance of doing this by the end of this new season was because you'd have a whole week of being able to watch fights in order to record it. I am not sure how to really guide you otherwise as I figured a week worth of strongest ninja was enough time to record it (even with mistakes or taking new footage due to bad quality or choppy FPS etc).

If you have older footage and wish to commentate over it in order to give a reasonable guide, I c*low that as well. Though at the minimum, the requirements require footage of both sections of Space Time.

Yes I agree, in the future I believe we can be a bit creative with events like this in order to add some variety in there. I believe something can be done in the future. My main goal at the moment is to finish up the current ones that need finishing, at least before we can add too many new events :).

The day after this season ends (after the Finals match), is when I'll start putting up a poll on the forums with a vote. This event should not delay any further than that honestly.

Yes, the poll will be given its own thread, and will not be pinned. So the day after the deadline is done I will create the poll and it'll be given a week for players to have a chance to vote for the winner.

That's sort of against the purpose behind this competition. Using another person's work and calling it your own isn't in the spirit of the competition. It's about being creative in making our own content and finding a way to make it entertaining or insightful.

Recording a fight is the easiest part, it's literally just hitting record during a fight (you don't even have to speak) and you can dub it over later, or else do like one of the contestants and use creative text.

If you are only using someone's "recorded" footage (with their permission) and only one part of the video, and you are making your own guide out of it and not stealing their advice calling it your own. Then I guess I can accept it. Though it's in the grey area and be sure to credit the recorder in text or something so people are aware it's not your own video footage in that part, and confirm it was with their permission.

Now to the important update. Due to the forums being updated and there was a long downtime, I have been instructed that events such as this one will have an extended deadline. I have edited the main post stating that the extension has been placed to August 6th. Now I know everyone here wants to get things rolling so I have placed the poll on the same day the extension ends, it will run for one week, from August 6th until August 13th, the poll will have its own thread.

You may have noticed I have edited a lot of your posts, I had to fix the embedding due to the forum being changed. I apologize if the main post or any of the comments look confusing. Now, please do take advantage of the extensions everyone who wants to get involved. Good luck!

One final note, there are videos who I regard as high quality but forget to include the auto part of Space-Time and only included Strongest Ninja (kudos to Akidonoki for following the rules to the T and including both). After careful consideration of all the work many of you placed and also the lack of videos actually posted within the 3 month time period Achroma has given you, I will instead rate the poll based on quality of videos and what people have enjoyed. In which case, I will include the above videos in the poll and the forums can decide the victor. That does not mean laze about though, if any previous entrants would like to re-upload to a better video in order to improve your chances, by all means you should! :)

I'm glad to see you enter but you forgot a vital part to this competition, "The Video should contain some form of strategy to either participating in the event or for placing bets in it and/or showcase your experience and enjoyment of the event!". Maybe try to add some text to your current video, talk about why you think the strategy worked and why the gap was not so important ;). Just talk about how you feel about the teams or space-time in general! You don't need to re-record but you can edit the same video before re-uploading! Should be easy enough, can even use windows movie maker to add a bit of text on the bottom.

There's no minimum participants, and no maximum either, though there are still minimum requirements.

I may be overlooking the requirement of having both parts of Space-Time, but as this is the Strategy Forum, and this event is all about "Strategies". You are still required to be including some sort of strategy in your videos. Either you are watching someone making bets or you are giving advice or just enjoying the event discussing tactics etc. Though simply hitting record on a match and not saying one word is not strategy, therefore can not be added to the poll. Which means I can not include you as a participant unless you fit the minimum requirement.
