As for your questions, I'll do my best to answer them.

1. Yes.

2. We are players as well, which is the exact reason why we had no idea this was a bug. When was released. We were only alerted to this situation once the fix was implied. We informed the developers of the changes and from there, we found out the truth. It's unfortunate however, the previous TI completely negates reforging considering the statical items were huge.

3. There's *ternative, You may reforge Tool Essence to gain higher base gold statical.

4. It was a bug previously, and the patch essentially fixed it. We'll have to adapt.
Now we actually have reason to use the reforge system to it's fullest.

5. Higher ups are well aware and it won't be changed this is the way it was supposed to be.
