Gold stats on the red ground now is ~30 points lower than what could be rolled in the past.

Gold stats on the new tool essence is 20 points lower than the max roll on old red gourd.

+4 elemental resist is gone altogether.

This literally means newer players have ZERO chance of ever having tools that can compete with older servers.

I'm already forced to fight people 4 - 5 months older in spacetime. They have huge refine advantage, big level advantage; and now they are even going to keep a ninja tool advantage? How is this even remotely "fair"

I don't know if this is possible, but maybe they could have the new reforging stuff drop as materials in TI's (as part of the bottom set of cards). If they did that (+ have essences for all the stats that match the old red gourd) people would at least be able to eventually get to the same level. And reforging materials dropping in TI's seems like it should make sense.

But it's probably not possible :(

whoa whoa whoa, you're making WAY too many assumptions. The Liaisons and mods have little to no power, they are the middle ppl. They see what we think and tell oasis, and oasis chooses whether they listen or not. You blame the liaisons without really any prior knowledge, sending blame without checking the facts is not wise and is unfair to those you target.

I will use something against them that they used many times against us. Naruto Online NA is different than Naruto Online CN, whatever route CN took, we are not obligated to take the same one, so whether did they receive the same treatment as us it's irrelevant.

But regardless, I think I can take a quick guess on what really happened. We should've gotten the nerfed tools since the beginning of 2.0 (5th of January, almost 5 months ago) but we didn't get them because they simply forgot to implement them. When Ultimate Training came around, they saw that they should give us those stones with yellow stats and they remembered that they forgot to implement the nerfed tools altogether, so they changed it now stating it's a "bug". We had tools for sale many times but no one bought them because there wasn't a reason to do so. If I am right, this technically is a bug, but not in the game's code this time, it's a bug in their own game design, programming and I think I can be cheeky enough to say *ity.
