Doubt they were bugged, if they were they would of been fixed a long time ago. I wouldn't be shocked to see the new reforge stones in the shop. I seen no patch notes about this issue, but there were changes made. I really feel bad for the lower level players because they never had a chance to get all orange stat equipment. This really hurts them the most.

I think oasis made a wrong move. If it's actually a bug before and they let it stay for so long it should become a feature ;P
But now they want to make money from it too, but really there is a solution for this. Instead of doing this "fix" * move they can let it stay and just need to increase the base stat of the essense thingy a little bit higher than average stats that drop from TI. That's will solve the problem and not triggered the players base.

don't worry guys the gold tools available for 700 ingots in events will still have gold stats.

Well, these new stats are sadly indeed accurate to the Chinese version of the game

Ninja tool essence gold version will be in events soon, mark my words on it.

So with 2.0 they changed the way ninja tools stats worked, no1 thought it was a problem.
And yes it was talked over and over, on this forum, at the time, that the stats were now all gold for every gold/red ninja tool, and no1 thought it was a bug, just a new part of the update.

Months later what we had get acostummed to, a.k.a. became part of the feature, gets changed back and suddently the previous way of working was now considered a bug that no1 knew about, YE SURE.

This is again, a way of trying to milk money of the players, because i bet in a few weeks, the purple items that we got from UT with 1 gold stat, will start to pop out either in shops or in events. Not to mention that the events gold items will for sure come with only gold stats as well.

You made it part of the function by letting it stay there for so long, you have no right to go back and change it just because you may make a bit more money of it.

It won't affect me personally because, as i said before, I reforged all my items before this happened, and i still have some left in my bags, but other players didn't and they should have the same access to the items i did.

RESPECT IS EARNED, stop with this behaviour, and then complain the community is toxic.YOU MAKE IT TOXIC, by always scamming the players.

For once, own up to the mistakes and fix the * problem, maybe then you will have a better understanding community. There isn't 1 week where we dont see this happen, we keep an open mind and try to understand what is going on, but you keep changing the rules of the game without previous notice, without proper testing, without even respecting us.

Yes some players will ask for stuff you cant do, but most of us just ask for fairness and that fairness needs to be measured case by case, sometimes i do agree with what is being done and i will say it, but unfortunatelly 80% of the times, like in this case, its the company fault.

It's oasis mate. There is no point in getting angry. They don't know what they implement every week, they don't know what they are doing here, they pay MODERATORS and THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT in COUPONS. COUPONS a virtual currency, not to mention their 'customer support' gets paid the equivalent of 2$/h. Why do you think this company is based in China? Cause in EU or USA they would be closed down in like a week. They won't change their ways because the guy that is in charge does not give a ****, heck I dont even think he cares about any feedback. It just gets lost in the way xD

If they sell elemental resistances essences then I may buy some so I can finish what I have started... sadly, I got a feeling they don't have any of those since I didnt' get a single one from Ultimate Training. :(

Rule of thumb : If a bug survive long enough in a game online it will become a feature when players get used to it. Unless the "fix" bring more advantage to players, otherwise DO NOT FIX IT.

LuL, they need to play more games and take more business classes before doing this job. I mean the dev team or whoever in charge of this * move decision.

this is something i've tried to tell them many times. but the mods just dont care. they only care how to * up to whoever they are reporting to.

also, u think they care abt the gold, purple, blue stats nonsense??? they get free coupons and lord knows wat else free every week. fairness, integrity are words not in their dictionary. Thursday update, go spend your coupons on the tool essence *sarcasm*

We all know that this wasn't a bug, but rather a change in the game mechanics: We are supposed to farm for gold stats now, and the tools with gold stats won't appear as much as before. Therefore, more grinding lol. Good news is that they didn't completely eliminate gold stats from ninja tools, so we do have the chance to find those *ers.

To be honest, I feel bad for the mods, If they announced it as a "change to the mechanics", then we will very likely rage against them, because this feature works against us (plus, most players still don't trust OG). Thus, it is called a "bug", something unintentional, so as to soften the * and lessen the backlash. Unfortunately, this is just too obvious to work.

Well, I got lucky and pull *most full gold set before the change (still missing the red gourd), so this didn't hit me as hard. But for ppl who haven't gotten to 32k Ti yet, I sincerely feel for them. Also, they do need to offer an reasonable way to obtain reforge essence. I don't expect them to be free (duh!), but at least i hope them to be within a reasonable price range. yes they kept some tools with gold stats on it (Red Gourd for example), but the gold stat got a smaller value compared to what it used to be.
i'm talking a drop in at least 20 points per stat if not more.

This is a warning
If people want t spend for those stats be my guest, but if everytime they take something free away from the game players go running to buy the worst quallity paid "replacement", be prepared to see everything free get removed and placed at higher cost and lower quality at the shops and events. And you wont be able to complain because you told them that is what you wanted.
If on the other hand you want things to change for the better DO NOT BUY for at least 2-3 months if not more, stuff related to this feature downgrade and eventually they will change it back because they wont e making money with it.

20 points? For real? That's a lot. Haven't gotten anything with gold stats today so I couldn't confirm that. I heard that the stats drop is pretty consistent with CN version, so I'm not sure that even if we refrain from buying stuffs they would reverse the stats change. as this game is bound to its parent version.

I'm legit so angry right now...Why? Because I was a week too late on the 32K TI. When I managed to get to 32K power and did the TI, guess what? My old ninja tools are most likely better than the new ones I should get. What's even worse? Everyone in the top 15 managed to get their tools before the tool update. Me, the number 16? Nope. Do I have a chance to contest them, when they received received a good 5K power and I will receive 1K at most? Yeah, sure. I'll have a chance when they will also have to change their tools, in about a year or so. This is simply amazing....

Actually, does anyone know if tool essence are in the CN version?
And if they are, when they are released there?

No, not in the way THEY imply it to be, but like this:
The CN server went through what we went through due to their decision to sell tool essence instead of having good stats for free.
By the time our 2.0 rolled around, they should already know they have plan to sell tool essence, and therefore PLANNED to have the bad stat to begin with so they can sell the tool essence in the future. But, and here is the "bug", they accidentally released the same-ish 2.0 that CN server got that included the all gold stats as opposed to adjust it as planned. And here we are.

So, anyone know about if/when tool essence was released in CN?
