It's not five seconds if your computer/internet is absolute garbage like mine and it takes 1-4 minutes to open up the benefit hall. Not to mention I try to get my login done with in the early morning, and I need to get ready for life so it's easy to get careless and forget.
But that's just me complaining about my own problems. That said I can understand how some people feel about it being frustrating, but that's just how things go - it gets you to play the game more, which is good in OG's eyes.
