I accidently bought an extra 10 Sailor Sakura Fragments from The Treasure of the Sage Event. So I asked support if I could have the extra 10 fragments removed and if I could get back the 350 coupons which I spent on it. They insisted that there is nothing they can do to help me. Can somebody please solve this problem for me? It shouldn't be too difficult to solve right?

I'm hoping some of the other staff at Oasis like Daisuke can help me :( Support never told me why they couldn't help. If Oasis really can't help me with this I really want to know why. Its not really a good idea. I don't know if I even want to 4 star Sailor Sakura. Thats why I want Oasis to help me undo my mistake. I'm not asking for any free things I just want to undo my mistake :( Please help me Oasis This post was last edited by tri***@hotmail.com at 2017-4-22 17:28

  • Depends on your usage. If you are going for the super healer team, then upgrade star on her could prove quite helpful. Since the super healer team can reliably remove ignition and recover majority of damage suffered easily, it is mostly only vulnerable to one-turn-kills, and higher base health, def and resistance should make that more difficult. So upgrading her star could potentially be more useful than "normal"

    Thou I'm not sure if it's worth the investment, might be cheaper to upgrade her hp/def/res some other way, charms perhaps, whoever knows.
Thats my thoughts exactly.

Its because I already had 10 fragments of her but I accidentally typed in to buy all 80 fragments from the treasure of the Sage. Thats how I ended up with 90 fragments. I've recruited her now so I'm left with just the 10 fragments of Sailor Sakura being all useless sitting in my inventory. But since this matter doesn't involve any direct injection of money into Oasis' treasury I guess its below them to even bother with it. I wish customer support was actually helpful when you needed it.
