• levels have nothing to do with it, cross server is power based only. just the other day i defeated a level 70+ with a level 58 char on a duel, i had more power and more initiative (old char that i rarelly play on).
  
  but, at this point in the game, having a 5k power up or down as bracket would be nice, anything above that its not a fair fight
