the objective problem with the tier list is that you're more preoccupied of posting "le funny smug anime reaction images" and trying to be snarky than you are with actually writing something that explains how and why the meta makes or more importantly makes some characters not work. Like no, write that bit about Edo Hashirama instead of smugly declaring that you don't need to explain anything, the point of a tier list is to be informative. Instead of just using reaction images in empty tier brackets how about you explain why the water camp is lacking and maybe even write a bit about how that could or should change in the future.

Now the subjective complaint : Also really, guy? KCM is the better SR in GNW treasure? You can build way more teams with Madara than you can with KCM, and I think that the tier list should also take in to account how versatile a unit is when it comes to building functional teams around them is. Like I had Angel Konan since April but for a long time she had to sit in the roster and gather dust because she was still much less versatile for teambuilding than ol' reliable pos1 Shisui was

well its unofficial he didn't have to waste his time doing it, + if he created it based on his opinions surely he gets the right to customise/alter it to his liking :/

As for your Madara comment, he will never be above KCM in terms of usefulness as his consideration is strictly supported. While KCM's teams are always updated with supports (Or himself being a secondary damage dealer), Plus he's the definition of Space-Time for his usage.

Do remember that this list covers all game aspects (Outside of the Spacetime list)

Counts on what you mean by that statement. If your asking how do I get these high rank ninja, the answer depends on which ninja, though a short answer would that most high rank ninja are either gotten through events or through seal treasures, being either a rare or super rare of particular ones. If your instead asking how can we have more high tier ninja, that mostly an update and meta based question, since the relative power of a ninja is mostly dependent on its kit of abilities and how it compares to other commonly used ninja. An example of the first question is that Angel konan is an event ninja, thus to get her you need to spend coupons or the like in an attempt to piece her together. An example of the second, iruka will stay relevant so long as konoha ninja are strong, but his standing is weaker if Han and 5kMadara are common since the buff is his main use.

Just curious, why is Sasori rated higher than Kankuro?

It seems that they are very similar, but Kankuro can cause poisoning instead of paralysis. Is paralysis better?
