Yup, other wise ninjas like hokage Tsunade would not be god tier if judged primarily by her individual power cause she is manly around to let other scary ninja get really scary.

Also I'm very excited to see how things on the tier list are shaping up, I'm sure Angel is going to be God tier and S tier at minimum, Jin and Gnw just arn't the same after her :), though i can see giving her a bit of a refractory period since she is the newest.

Itachi Susano'o does nothing with his mystery against Root of Warrior, Flower Guard or Immune Ninjas except an interrupt which almost never happens because the delay, and people with lower INIT are smart enough to wait for the right moment. Other than that he has Super Armor and a standard sweep that can't be dodged, no permanent buff, and the amaterasu chase can get cleansed pretty easy. He also seems to die pretty fast all the time, unless he is mega stacked.

Imo I see Madara God tier and Itachi Susano'o S+.

Both Itachi and Madara are considered situational supports.

Itachi, however, has the clear better kit, and single handly the greatest passive in the game (Super Armor/Immunity)

Madara isn't God and he'll never achieve it because of how his kit functions, it's flashy on paper, however it relies extremely heavy on his team.

He's not a Konan that hyperscales, and his damage is above average since his base numbers work for it. But immunity to Taijutsu is null considering a majority of high heavy hitters are Tai/Nin and Pure Ninjutsu.

Madara teams consist of either Uchihas (Which Kisame/Kurama nullifies entirely) or hybrid blitz.

Notice the position of Madara is always in? Either 3rd or 4th. Simply due to his battery and buff.

Itachi, on the other hand, can vastly change the outcome of fights. Also Itachi teams tend to run a removal of buffs (Masked Man, Shisui, etc)

His chaos is premium being 2 turns, and can be cast twice before CD.

It's night and day in comparison to value.

Still, Itachi Sus is not as scary as he was before with all these pure immune ninjas in the picture. I agree about Super Armor with immunity to debuffs being the best passive. I would rather have a damage dealer who resets cooldown on mystery and scales his Attack on first position, also dodges, that's Jonin Minato.

And about Madara, looking at his kit he just does his thing so well, one of the few permanent buffs, and he's also hard to kill because of the super armor, alot of chakra, c*e all mysteries/ignites and definitely kill the target you're aiming for in the second round. I agree with him being 3rd or 4th position, but I would push him on 2nd in my team.

Also about this Taijutsu immunity, does that mean if someone does TAI / NIN damage you only get hit by the NIN part of it?

Madara is actually the squishiest Super Armor in the game with the lowest Resistance.

Agree with this, madara is good but hes not an end all be all with him being best as *l rounder support unit that deal decent damage himself at the cost of tankyness. His tai resistance can be useful and hard counter some ninja( Madara completely shuts down jonin minato so even less reason for either to be god tier) but not going save him against other god tiers. With s itachi, the guy hits like a truck and if you have him your already stacking him so that's less of an issue, and due to his chase/status immune nature means that hes naturally hard to take down. Him being a bp gate(i.e needing stat advatage) ninja means that if your behind on bp itachi is gonna dominate unless everything a lines perfectly, Itachi is currently one of the most solid single ninja in the game and even once a lot of the other event ninja come out you'll still be seeing him around.

It's killer bee seven swords style, and he shouldn't be there in my opinion. xD Definitely a big S from me.

Normal Konan full skillbreakthrough should be S and Naruto Sage Mode A+, really useless in this meta.
