How many hours and what is the highest BP to finish this.

I hope not. Sitting through endless hour going full auto is mentally draining..

the thing is the higher your BP is the less you have to do. because they make you skip a good amount of fighthing depending on BP

1 week will be to much and then the f2p will complain about the p2p players, but i can see a reset once a month. But i too asked about the reset and no one has answered yet. Are people getting the full 80 frags of tendo with completion? Or is everyone falling short of 80 by end?

Everyone is getting 76.
Whether you can complete it depends on whether you have gotten any frag from elsewhere.

Unfortunately, Ultimate Training does not reset.
Only once.
However, Ultimate Training will increase with future updates.

As for the amount of Tendo fragments, it's 76.
