looks like the devs added this patch in a hurry. a case of trying to impress the lot.
but there are many bigger things to fix than these, you dont want them to concentrate on just these .
but yeah, * maintenance btw. i have no idea, what the test server is for(if they do have ie, if not..facepalm)
