What? Just wait till Sasuke or Gara will move, they(the enemys) wants at least a good chance to take the field . Gara would be likely on the first move, sasuke the 3 th move or 4 th move, also they will wait till that ninja makes the move to activate the mistery. PAY ATTENTION TO THE GAME. If it is necesary you can put Iruka/AO on the 2 nd move and use another ninja that has acupuncture on the chase so u can be asured that they will not have the chance to take the field (Ao/Hinata etc on the 4 th move). I would go with a MB lineup cause they have the root talent so u will not be affected my any CC on the first 2 rounds, u c*e even 2 ninja that can interrupt(SB/Ao in an MEI lineup another example would be Mb with Iruka in an lineup with Sasuke Susanoo and Danzo).
