I'm not really that much of a pro, especially since you have a lightning main (I'm a water main so--) *coughs* but anyways...

I suggest for now you use Karin since her poison may come in handy. And level up Sasuke into three stars, he's pretty good with combos. :D

for the time being that's your best line up for midnight blade. If you hit 50 use sasuke 3 stars, hinata, karin main and you'll get 10 combos with ninja dog shiba summon. Use Karin for more debuffs, use kabuto for survival.

Yeah - just lvl up a bit more - get more ninjas. Kimimaro is nice for lightning main too (for example).
