Bug Description: just before GNW about 8 people from my group got disconnected as well as some people in world chat saying they got disconnected.
Screenshot: sadly didn't think of taking one
Refreshing: Didn't work untill about 20:24:45, by which time I was too late to enter the GNW again.
VPN: Didn't try to use one.
