I couldn't agree more with this statement.

Free spins, not like you are paying specifically to spin the slot machine.

Compared to 3rd and probably 4th prize I would feel pretty salty about getting 2nd Prize, which makes absolutely no sense for that to be a true statement.

I'm interested to find out about these Tendo Pain fragments in ultimate training that I've heard so much about for over half a year now.

True though, 1 Itachi frag is a bit lackluster, but not as much as getting Ay-Hole frags off the current recharge wheel. Those frags are absolutely useless, whereas at least Susanoo Itachi can be eventually pieced together from random fragments.

They couldn't give it as lower than a second place prize, it would be too common, and they couldn't give it for first place, because 80 frags would be too much value, but less than 80 would be considered a ripoff by most. It just doesn't really belong on the prizes at all. As for Tsunade, she's a good first place prize, and she does make sense to be on a slot machine. :P
And yeah, tendo will be free with this new system.

Yes, it is new type of magatama for Charm function. It is called rainbow magatama.

Tsunade is fine, it was just the fact that 1* Fragment of a character like Itachi (and even Ay in the current events for that matter) just seems like an incredibly * idea for 2nd place especially when you'd probably benefit a hell of alot more from drawing for him instead.

Which seems to be something Oasis apparently doesn't think about, why recharge for a fragment or a handful of fragments for a valuable character when drawing for that character would get you a whole lot more along the way as well as that character.

I would settle for 5 Itachi frags, it'd still be a poor choice but at least 5 fragments of anyone usually feels at least a little substantial.

While I get your sentiment for how you value Itachi

I agree with you about the fact that Itachi's fragments should be rare/expensive (so 2nd position seems reasonable).

Though I'm a pretty big spender - I have pulled around 1.1k kage and only have 21 Itachi fragments so lucky you :-) - I could have considered going for him during this event if we only had the faintest idea about the *odds* of getting him.
Before throwing ingots($) at this I need to know what it can actually end up costing me, without that key factor I don't see myself bothering with it.
Update:
So basically for F2P players a few lucky ones might get a couple frags (useless for them) and for P2W players nobody will randomly throw thousands hoping for the best without any idea of the average cost per fragment.
