pretty much every stat comes before tai and nin pen beside control. I would say as if someone has acupuncture they gonna control no matter what.

yes they work just don't add much stats wise more for breaking shields and a little bit of damage.also a def and res breaker

yet this is all speculation a theory on my part lol from other MMOs i have played that's what them stats meant. yet on the stat it says adds tai pen or nin pen to the skills, could that mean adds it to the mystery?as no one really knows even oasis doesnt know. but I'm 90% sure about the whole def-res breaking and shield break and adding a little damage. as lets say its just adds 10% damage of its stat so 1000 tai percent would add 100atk more or less i would say
