Why is space time auto only? I feel like I would win more if i could target and use skills on my own.

It would be an unfair advantage over the person you are attacking. You'd be on manual and they'd be on auto. The attacker would win just about every fight even if he has 20k less power. Having both people on auto evens the playing field.
