Hmmm.... Gaara / Naruto / Iruka sounds nice for a 9tail team. Iruka gives buff to a 2 shinobies, you got 20 more chakra each turn.

As a skills....hmmm... 2-2-3-2-1 or 2-2-3-3-1 ?

I used Gaara/ Kage Conference Temari / Baki for a while and ended somewhere between 5-3 place, but Iruka and Sage Naruto seems more powerfull combo.
