Have you tried Kabuto in place of Karin? He's far superior if you need a solid healer / utility ninja with practically the same chase (Knockdown --> High float).
I have another team that works pretty well for me:

x - Guy - Hinata
Sasuke - Wind main - x
x - x - x

Talents : 2/3/2/1/3
Summon : White snake

This lineup has good damage through Sasuke / Guy, Sasuke's barrier boosts everyone except main, every single ninja can trigger a 9 combo which results in the following status :
* Paralysis
* Acupoint sealing
* Burn to 2 targets
Guy also has his interrupt mystery, which will trigger a full combo too, same goes with main's Rasengan and Kirin.

Another lineup that can work goes as follows:
Sasuke(3*) - Wind main - x
Kankuro(3*) - x - Hinata
x - x - x

Talents : 2/2/2/1/3
Summon : Illusion crow

This one is much weaker in terms of status because Sasuke's paralysis only trigger's with Kankuro's mystery, but it does pack a lot of damage with poison.
