I keep having same bug they told be it was my wifi lmao. yet my wifi box is in my room and so is my laptop. so how can it be my wifi?

Woah!

I completely understand your frustration.
However, when it comes to connection, it's not just general sense. Your connection with google/youtube, etc might work perfectly fine. However, with the game, you may receive packet loss.

Have you tried adjusting your DNS?
