Do you have anything to back this up? And like someone said above, I believe the *ions are meant to break defenses, despite adding a little attack to it. (Anyone with actual evidences to support their cases would be nice too, because I sure as hell don't ;P)

Can someone rephrase what Achroma said in that answer? Too many questions in one line to know exactly what he was referring to. Does that mean it only removes defense / resistance and doesn't *e stuff like Hinata's dodge?
